Why did I decide to fork Zed?

There are many ways to answer this question.

• I am interested in learning more about using Rust for serious projects.
• I was looking for an alternative to VS Code for my students.
• I couldn't accept the Terms of Use.
• I think AI integration in a code editor is a bad feature.
• AI makes me angry.
• Anger motivates me.
